What we sell, what we keep, and who answers you.

Three things worth knowing before you pay €4.99. In plain words, not in small print.

1. Who publishes this site

The publisher, the host, and the music.

The publisher

The service is published and operated under the name Custom Playlists.

For any question, complaint or legal request: bonjour@custom-playlists.com. We answer within 48 working hours.

This notice will be completed with the publisher’s registered name, postal address and company number.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.

The database is run by Neon, part of Databricks. Previews, cover art and links come from Deezer and Spotify.

The music

We sell no audio file and no broadcasting right. We sell a list of tracks and its order.

The recordings named here belong to their writers, their composers and their performers. You listen to them on your own Spotify, Apple Music or Deezer account.

If your venue has to declare the music it plays, it does so as for any other playlist. That does not go through us.

2. Terms of sale

One price, one soirée, 14 days to change your mind.

What is free

You describe your soirée and you get the whole night, playable on the site as 30-second previews.

No account, no card, as many times as you like. The set is whole and can be changed without limit.

What the files to take away cost

€4.99 once, for one soirée. No subscription, no renewal, no second payment.

You get Le Déroulé to print, the list as text and as CSV. Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer links, track by track. And the Spotify playlist.

Payment

It is made by card, on a page run by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, One Wilton Park, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, D02 FX04, Ireland, through the NanoCorp platform.

We never see your card number, and we do not store it.

Delivery

It is immediate. The files open on your soirée page as soon as the payment is confirmed.

That page stays yours. Its link works on the day of the soirée, and afterwards.

Refunds

Digital content delivered at once can legally fall outside the right of withdrawal. We do not apply that exception.

If the set does not suit you, write to us within 14 days. We refund the €4.99, with no justification asked.

A complaint

Write to us first, at bonjour@custom-playlists.com. We answer within 48 working hours.

The offers reserved for wedding venues are settled by invoice. They are described on their own page.

3. Your data

We ask what serves the room. Nothing else.

What we ask for

The description of your soirée: the occasion, the date, the start and end times, the age brackets and the regions your guests come from.

Your first name, if you give it, so the page can name you. Your email address only if you pay or if you write to us.

What we do not do

We set no advertising cookie and we do not follow you from one site to another. We sell nothing on to anyone.

Your IP address is not kept. It is hashed to count attempts, and the fingerprint leads nowhere back to you.

Who sees what

The brief sent to the curation engine, Google’s Gemini API, carries the occasion, the date, the hours, the ages and the regions. It carries neither your name nor your email address.

Our other providers: Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, Deezer and Spotify for previews and links, Stripe for payment, NanoCorp for email and audience measurement.

Several are established in the United States. Your data may therefore be processed there.

For how long

A soirée stays in the database as long as it serves. Its link has to work on the day of the party, and after it. A soirée that was never paid leaves on its own after six months.

Write to us and we delete it, and everything that came with it, within 72 hours.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, portability: one address is enough, bonjour@custom-playlists.com.

You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
